Dispute Resolution Services

  • If a client feels that he/she has been treated unfairly, he/she should first contact the broker. In cases where the broker does not provide a relevant answer, he/she can contact Digital Crypto Commission.

  • Digital Crypto Commission has 5 days to initially analyse the complaint.

  • Our team reserves the right to request documents related to the subject of the dispute from both the client and the broker he/she complained about.

Compensation Fund

  • The client can expect compensation if the broker does not comply with the decision of Digital Crypto Commission.

  • Compensation is paid only in cases where an employee with a certain qualification recognises its necessity.

  • Since the maximum possible compensation is limited, in cases where the total losses exceed it, it is divided equally among all complainants.
